By accessing or using HostelKhoji ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

HostelKhoji is a platform that connects students, workers, and other individuals with hostel owners in Nepal. We provide tools for hostel discovery, listing, inquiry, review, and management. We also support job listings and business directory services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must verify your email address through our OTP verification process.
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

Students & Workers

You may search for hostels, save listings, submit inquiries, write reviews, and apply for jobs. All reviews and comments must be honest and based on genuine experience.

Hostel Owners

You may list your hostel(s), manage listings, respond to inquiries, and post job openings. All hostel information must be accurate and up to date. Misleading listings may be removed.

Business Owners

You may create a business profile, list services, and post job openings. Business information must be accurate and represent a legitimate business.

5. Content Guidelines

You may not post content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, obscene, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to take appropriate action against the responsible user.

6. Hostel Verification

Hostel listings may undergo a verification process. Verification status indicates that the hostel has been reviewed by our team, but does not constitute a guarantee of quality or safety. Users should exercise their own judgment when selecting accommodation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Platform are owned by HostelKhoji or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

HostelKhoji acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of hostel accommodations, job postings, or business services listed on the Platform. We are not liable for disputes between users.

9. Complaints & Disputes

Users may file complaints through our internal complaint system. All complaints must include supporting evidence. We will review complaints and take appropriate action as determined by our moderation team.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
